In response to the recent measures imposed by Governor DeWine, we at RZ Realty and RZ Realty Residential wanted to take a minute to reach out to our clients, residents, friends, families, fellow agents, affiliates, and partners with a brief update. First and foremost, we appreciate your lasting support and please know that we are here for you when called upon. We hope that you and your families are remaining safe during these potentially difficult times.
We would like to assure you that RZ Realty will remain operating and providing our normal services pursuant to the health guidelines and Ohio’s “Stay at Home” order, as an essential business. In response to the recommendations passed down from the same order, we will be implementing a few initiatives for the safety of our employees, clients, and residents. These initiatives include offering virtual home tours for buyers, remote listing appointments for sellers, limiting open houses to one group at time, maintaining a time buffer between showings, and preparing homes with ample supplies of hand sanitizers and disinfectants.
We would also like to be a valuable resource for our clients and customers through the overwhelming media announcements and policy changes. In order to keep you informed on the latest policy changes and market updates, we will be sending emails as well as posting updates on our social media pages and our website at rzrealty.com. Lastly, we would like to reiterate that our first priority is the health and safety of our employees, clients, and customers.
