• Must have knowledge of the proper use of ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, access equipment, and pressure washers.
• Keep an accurate account of job locations and hours worked.
• Must possess knowledge of products

• Assist in maintaining aggressive schedules

Carpenter

RZ Property Services, LLC. is searching for a carpenter for residential and commercial remodeling. Responsibilities will include working with wood to build and repair structures, along with other items. Their duties could include a variety of different jobs and remodeling projects. This will include selecting materials depending on project needs and each job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work
• Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Selecting lumber by size and strength
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Keep an accurate account of job locations and hours worked.
• Must possess knowledge of products

You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual skills and physical stamina.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems ventilation
• Check functionality of safety systems
• Basic knowledge of Hvac, plumbing and electrical systems
