PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Property management is our specialty, we presently manage over 1,500 rental apartment/homes, 50 office/commercial buildings and numerous condominium associations.

In addition, we manage 38 facilities statewide for AAA of Ohio. Depending upon the circumstances, we can immediately bring the management of the day-to-day operations in-house or in other cases, we can often retain part or all of the existing management organization and personnel in order to maintain continuity. In these cases, we will monitor the performance of the management team, as well as provide leadership and plan to maximize the asset’s value.

RECEIVERSHIP DUTIES

We are presently functioning as the Court Appointed Receiver for 6 commercial properties located throughout Ohio. In addition, we have completed dozens of similar assignments in recent years (an overview of some of those assignments is enclosed). We are prepared to accept new assignments related to:

• Commercial, Investment, Industrial, Office and Apartment Properties
• Single Family Homes, Condominiums, and Homeowners Associations
• Business Sales, as well as Acquisitions and Valuations
