RZ Realty is a full service residential real estate company. Although the company was established in 1994, our Broker and Agents have decades of experience. We have a small company personality with large company abilities.
Our Broker, Max Holzer, was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Graduated from Columbus North High School, also Graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a major in accounting from the College of Business Administration.
He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ohio State University College of Engineering "Committee of 100". Served at the direction of the Franklin County Commissioners as a member of the "Central Ohio Marketing Council", Citizen of the Year for the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio, Member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and in 1985 was selected as the "Realtor/Broker of the Year" by the Columbus Board of Realtors.
In 1969, Max founded and functioned as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Holzer-Wollam Realtors, building that company from 25 sales associates to 400 sales associates from 1969 to 1989. Sold my interest in the residential side of the company, pulling the commercial agents and activities out, and founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial One Realtors.
